Changed from original

I was so thrilled to see that my favorite lip balm was finally back in stock. When it came, I was shocked to discover that they completely changed the formulation and packaging and it’s awful!! All I can smell when I put it on my lips is oregano. Please, please bring back the original stick configuration. It was the only thing I would use on my lips!!

So disappointed!!

I was a HUGE FAN of this lip balm. I waited months and months for this to come back into stock! I finally saw it was available so I ordered right away. This is totally different now! It’s not a stick anymore, it’s in a squeeze tube! The smell and taste is sooo strong now! I don’t like it at all! I think it’s terrible that they didn’t advertise the new product!!! False advertising! I bought 4! I’m disappointed by the company and this product.

Not the same

Please bring the old formula and packaging back. I finally received the lip balm after many months of it being sold out so it was disappointing that it’s not the same lip balm I bought in the past.

They've changed both the formulation and the packaging. It's not a stick anymore, it's a squeeze tube, which was stuck at first and then shot product two feet up my wall. Somehow they leaned way into the oregano and menthol in this new formula, and that's all I can taste. Awful.
