I was a HUGE FAN of this lip balm. I waited months and months for this to come back into stock! I finally saw it was available so I ordered right away. This is totally different now! It’s not a stick anymore, it’s in a squeeze tube! The smell and taste is sooo strong now! I don’t like it at all! I think it’s terrible that they didn’t advertise the new product!!! False advertising! I bought 4! I’m disappointed by the company and this product.
Please bring the old formula and packaging back. I finally received the lip balm after many months of it being sold out so it was disappointing that it’s not the same lip balm I bought in the past.
They've changed both the formulation and the packaging. It's not a stick anymore, it's a squeeze tube, which was stuck at first and then shot product two feet up my wall. Somehow they leaned way into the oregano and menthol in this new formula, and that's all I can taste. Awful.
This is a different product. Different container, consistency, ingredient list is different, and it doesn’t hydrate anything upon applying it to my lips.. it reminds me of carmex, the tube version. It made me a bit nauseous, which happens with a lot of chapsticks that I’ve tried. That’s why the original product was my favorite. It was hydrating, nourishing, and no nausea! I purchased 3 thinking it was the same product but was disappointed. New ingredients were added, mostly non-organic. Kind of wish that was mentioned when saying it was back in stock. I would’ve purchased 1 just to see, instead of 3. I do like that there’s so much more product in this new container though. If you guys have any of the previous version of the product hanging around the warehouse, please send them to me :) lol
