Q. What is EGCG and how does it benefit the skin?

A. EGCG (Epigallocatechin gallate) is a potent antioxidant found in green tea. It offers protection against environmental damage, neutralizes harmful free radicals, and aids in preventing signs of premature aging.

Q. How does green tea oil differ from green tea extract?

A. Green tea oil is derived from the seeds of the green tea plant and is rich in nourishing fatty acids. Green tea extract, on the other hand, is made from the leaves and is loaded with antioxidants like EGCG.

Q. Is this cream suitable for sensitive skin?

A. Yes. The natural ingredients in the Green Tea EGCG Concentrate Cream, including yerba mate water and açai butter, are gentle and suitable for most skin types, including sensitive skin.

Q. How often should I use this cream?

A. For optimal benefits, apply the Green Tea EGCG Concentrate Cream daily, morning and evening.

Q. Does this cream have a strong scent?

A. The cream carries the mild, refreshing scent of green tea, which is not overpowering and feels calming to the senses.

Q. Why is yerba mate water used as a base in this cream?

A. Yerba mate water offers a rich blend of vitamins, amino acids, and polyphenols. It enhances the skin's moisture content and supports the antioxidative properties of the green tea in the cream.

Changed formula

Ive been using this cream for years and I can tell that the formula changed. It has a smell that wasn't there before. It's not a bad smell, but I don't recall it ever having a scent. It seems like it still has the same texture, but there's definitely something different about this product that I'm not sure I like.
