    Ingredient Glossary

  • What is marula oil and where is it sourced from?

Marula oil is derived from the kernels of the marula tree, native to parts of southern Africa. It's known for its lightweight texture and rich moisturizing properties.

How does marula oil benefit hair?

Marula oil, rich in oleic and linoleic acids, can provide deep hydration, promote a healthy scalp, and impart a lustrous shine to the hair.

    Is marula oil non-comedogenic?

Yes, marula oil is considered non-comedogenic, meaning it won't clog pores. It's suitable for all skin types, including those prone to breakouts.

Can I use marula oil on my body as well?

Absolutely! Marula oil's moisturizing properties make it excellent for both skin and hair.

How does marula oil compare to other oils like argan or coconut oil?

Each oil has its unique profile. Marula oil is especially high in antioxidants and oleic acid, making it incredibly hydrating and suitable for dry or aging skin. It's also lightweight, ensuring quick absorption.

Why is it essential that the Organic Marula Oil is cold-pressed?

Cold-pressing ensures the oil retains its maximum nutrient concentration. This method of extraction doesn't use heat, which can degrade some of the oil's beneficial properties.

Marula Oil

I love this oil. I recently developed some sort of dry skin rash on my face which was extremely itchy and painful. Nothing I tried was soothing it. I remembered I had some Marula Oil that I had purchased a while back and I pulled it out and put it on the affected areas and I finally found some relief.
