When applying Niacinamide Boost, I mixed with a few drops of warm water and applied to face.
Within a few minutes, it was dried out with a white film-like cover on skin.
I added more water and this appeared to work it in to face.
I did notice that it did make pores smaller.
The same thing happened with it drying out another time and I added more water again.
It appears somewhat salt-like and additional water may be needed.
As for tone, the tone is smoother on face overall and I am using the vitamin C serum as well.
I use this the same way I use the Vit C boost. I alternate between the two in my evening routine. I feel a difference for sure. Have repurchased both of these.
