United States United StatesThis lip balm used to be awesome. It was my go to and I used it every day. The company has changed the entire product. It is more of a gel now and it doesn’t even have the normal slanted applicator used when you have a gel/lip gloss consistency. I don’t like this new lip balm at all and don’t recommend it.
United StatesYour cherry lip balm/Chapstick turned into a lipgloss and it's not even remotely similar to the product that it was or what I thought I was getting when I ordered three of them. So incredibly disappointed in that and your mattifying primer, which is completely different than it used to be And is awful as well. I'm so sorry everything has changed. I will not be ordering from y'all again at all. Break my heart because I was obsessed with your company, especially your mattifying primer.
United StatesI have purchased the cherry Lip balm many times in the past. I was not aware that you changed the packaging container due to the picture that was online. I ordered seven cherry lip balms and half of them were only halfway filled. The one I currently open and started using has a weird taste and does not smell or have a flavor of cherry at all. I am not satisfied with this purchase.
