United StatesThis truly is one of the best eyelash curlers (and I have tried about 8 so far), but it's still not perfect. I actually asked for a replacement one because the stabilizing bar (top part) had shifted a little. They sent me a new one, but I have the same problem with the new one. I think it just needs to be soldered together a little stronger (something I might do on my own). It still works, and works quite well, but I'm not giving it 5 stars still they fix this issue.

The only problem is that you are paying for a disposable curler because this company does not sell the replacement pads that naturally wear down with use. The only way to replace that pad is to buy a new eyelash curler and that seems wasteful to me. I have addressed the issue and I hope the product development team rethinks this one! Otherwise, great curler!
