I have been doing the cat eye or winged liner look for a couple of decades and this is by far the best liquid liner I've ever used. The brush is the perfect size to create thin to medium lines in one swoop. It stays in place all day without smudging. I will admit, it can be a little tough to remove, but with a good remover and a little patience, it does come off. Please don't ever change this formula, it's perfect the way it is.
Although the liner makes a defined line, removal is difficult compared to other liquid eyeliners -- instead of simply wiping off, it comes off in weird clumps
