I never used toner much, but thought I would give Sea Culture a try. I am so glad I did. It smells wonderful and leaves my skin smooth. I love this toner, you will too.
I have ordered the Restorative Sea Culture Hydrating Toner three or four times now! Very rarely do I find a product that I love enough to repurchase over and over. I have very sensitive, dry skin and most products break me out or stop working, but not this one!

I love this toner. This is my second bottle now of this product. It not only tones my face and neck but also soothes my parched, winter dried skin. This is the first toner I’ve found that doesn’t cause breakouts and doesn’t make my face hurt in the winter. I use it daily and my face feels and looks smooth and hydrated. Thanks for a great product!
Strong alcohol smell, stays sticky for 10 minutes or more. First time using it, I plan to return it. I love most of the products here, but this isn't one of them.
