United StatesI purchased this treatment because my skin has changed. It has become drier. I work in a very dry environment. So after reading the reviews, I decided to try it. Once I received it I opened the jar and could not believe how rich it was. The first time I put it on my skin it absorbed easily and felt great. A small amount is all that is needed. I noticed a difference the next morning. I have been using it for a few weeks and my skin is so much more hydrated. I think this is a great product and worth the money. My optician thought the ingredients were fantastic!

It is an excellent cream, and I looked forward to starting a fresh jar, but what I recently received when I reordered it has a few cheap ingredients in a box with the correct ingredients listed. This 'second' cream is white-ish and greasy and gross. It is a drugstore-quality shill. It is a completely different cheap product. Who owns this company? Has a fleet of MBAs come in to gut the products and shunt funds to shareholders? What happened? I noticed a counterfeit problem after ordering once on Amazon, and I reported this, but my new replacement box came directly from the company. What is going on? I want my perfect night-cream that is worth the price back, please. I have used and trusted this company for years, told all my friends -- now what do I do?
