I am soo disappointed, this used to be the best lip balm ever. I would buy multiple at a time and have them all over my house. Well, I just stocked up on more and thought I was getting the same product but it came in the new tube and the new formula is terrible! It has a very artificial, fragrancey taste and isn't moisturizing at all. Also, the applicator is very uncomfortable to use. Why do they keep changing great products? I have to find a new favorite lip balm now :(
This new tube of lip gloss is a joke. It is not designed for application to the lip. It drys and then shoots out in a clump at you. So it is a mess to apply. But it still isn't as good as it use to be. I hate this new designed. I only accidentally ordered it because they didn't change the picture. I think it is wrong to take credit in the reviews for the old design. It is misleading to customers. And it was misleading to show the old design pictures to sell the new product that is nothing like the old version.

Why, why does this company constantly do this. It was a great product. New packaging, terrible formula now. Dries out your lips and the flat top scratches your lips. I threw it out. Bring back the former stick and formula. Why do you change your products for the worse? Cheaper to make? Charge more and give your loyal customers the great products you originally offered that we all have been buying all these years.
