Change the Formulas Back

Like others, I had been using this product for years, and it was perfect for my hair. Until it wasn’t. Another family member and I both lost an abnormal amount of our fine type hair in the shower, every shower. Until we put two and two together. Only 3-4 washes, but it’ll take years to grow my volume back. Customer service was awesome as always about fully refunding me, but many of the other product reformulations are terrible as well. I’m leaving this review to help make it clear these reformulations aren’t acceptable, and customers need the previous formulas back ASAP. It’s approaching a year since these problems started and still no word on a solution.

I love this shampoo! In combination with the conditioner, it has really done well for repairing and restoring my hair. My scalp isn't so dry and hair isn't so brittle as before I started using this. It smells so good and natural - not overpowering or artificial!
