United StatesAfter 1-2 uses of the Glossy Locks Repair Shampoo and Conditioner, my hair is smoother and less frizzy! I've tried several clean, all-natural conditioners and this is one of the few that accomplished that. My hair type is medium loose waves (2A mostly / 2B), and I highlight it, so that dries it out. I also like how it felt in my hair, and feel good that if it's absorbed by my scalp and skin, it's non-toxic.

United StatesI've been using Glossy Locks Repair Conditioner and Glossy Locks Moisture Conditioner for years and they really worked great for me. But on my last reorder, I found that the conditioners are different and not as good. They no longer de-tangle for me or leave my hair smooth like they used to. The smell of the moisture conditioner is completely different now (the repair is somewhat the same as it was), which some may like, but I don't really. I contacted the company because I thought there was a mix up and products had been mislabeld. They explained that the production had been moved to a new, on-site location. That sounds great, but it has negatively affected the product for me. I got great customer service and I still love the ingredient lists, but ultimately the conditioners don't work for me anymore. I really loved using them all those years!
