United StatesI have purchased the cherry Lip balm many times in the past. I was not aware that you changed the packaging container due to the picture that was online. I ordered seven cherry lip balms and half of them were only halfway filled. The one I currently open and started using has a weird taste and does not smell or have a flavor of cherry at all. I am not satisfied with this purchase.
United StatesI ordered 4 of these lip balms since I’ve been using them exclusively for years. But this time even though the image is of the old balm, what I got were squeeze tubes! I don’t like them as much because they sit in my lips and don’t moisturize and it’s also hard to use because the part where the balm (now more liquid like) comes out is rough. Very disappointed and the picture is deceiving!
United StatesThe outside is a lighter pink than pictured, and it’s kind of cute. But there is no lip applicator piece inside. It’s just a flat hole where you peal off the seal, that’s it. And then they changed the formula. It melts and just sits there on my lips like I slathered cherry-medicine scented coconut oil all over them. Clearly, the idea was to make the formula squeeze-tube friendly by making it more oily, and you’re supposed to just squeeze some on your lips and rub them together instead of rubbing the tube itself on your lips. But in doing so, it lost the thicker waxy texture of the old balm that sealed in the oils and made it moisturizing. This was the best lip balm, now I don’t think I’ll buy it again unless they fix the formula. I don’t enjoy leaving negative reviews, but enough people complained about the body butter formula changes that the company said they’ll change the formulas back. So I’m hoping for a repeat performance.
I ordered this and got the new lip balm. I don’t like it at all. The container does not even have the proper applicator for lip balm. Please bring the old version back.
