This conditioner is great! I love the ingredient list. Years ago, I was getting dermatitis/rashes from other hair (and body) products. This one solved my problems. No more rashes, thank goodness! And it also does a fantastic job of de-tangling, smoothing and moisturizing my hair!
United States United StatesI am so disappointed, the product has changed and is not the same quality, it does not work to condition and detangle my hair like it has since it launched many years ago! I've been a very long time 100% purchaser, over 10 years and this is really not okay. What happened? I wrote in and I was told that it is being made in a different facility now. Should that matter? Please make the product like you have for years, I want the old product produced again!

United StatesI've been buying conditioner from this site for over 10 years, and have used only 100% Pure brand hair products for that long. My last order I bought multiple conditioners and found that they had all been reformulated. The company gaslighted me for awhile, pretending that no reformulation had occurred and all ingredients were the same. They finally admitted that they switched where it is manufactured, but wouldn't admit to the reformulation. The conditioner no longer detangles, moisturizes or makes hair soft. It gets slightly bubbly when you put it in your hair and you can not tell it's even in your hair because it does nothing. It smells like plastic with added scent to try to mask the strong plastic smell. It is NOT the same product in any way. I have tried to use some of it and have to use probably 1/3-1/2 of a cup of conditioner per use to even be able to get enough in my hair to coat it, but still end up using a better conditioner after rinsing it because it does nothing to detangle. It is the worst conditioner I've ever used, after the reformulation. I wouldn't spend a dime on it. I am massively disappointed and must find a new company to order from.
