United StatesThis product has a very strong, awful smell. The product also made me break out with general redness and acne. Because of those two reasons, I could not stand to leave the product on my face as a toner. Instead I use it as a face make up remover prior to cleansing, but even after I wash it off it still causes breakouts. Unfortunately after initially receiving the product I left it unopened for several months before trying it , and when I tried it it was past the 60-day return policy.
