United States United StatesWhen applying Niacinamide Boost, I mixed with a few drops of warm water and applied to face. Within a few minutes, it was dried out with a white film-like cover on skin. I added more water and this appeared to work it in to face. I did notice that it did make pores smaller. The same thing happened with it drying out another time and I added more water again. It appears somewhat salt-like and additional water may be needed. As for tone, the tone is smoother on face overall and I am using the vitamin C serum as well.
