I understand that more and more people are waking up to your company and loving your products, and I hope that you don't sacrifice quality with quantity like most companies do when they grow big FAST! United StatesI love this conditioner - softens my hair without weighing it down. My only complaint is the pump which is unreliable when there’s only 1/3 left. Would prefer a jar or squeeze bottle.
United StatesThe name of the conditioner should really be Lose More because that’s what happened to me the two times I used it. My hair was so dry it literally came out in chunks. It became so knotty my comb got stuck in it. It felt like the one time I highlighted my hair and the stylist forgot to use a bond builder. I had to use so much leave in conditioner just to be able to comb it. For reference, my hair is pin straight and very fine, not unmanageable at all. Thankfully, 100% Pure has a great return policy so no money was lost but sadly some hair was :(
