WHAT IT IS: Supremely decadent and deeply moisturizing, our Whipped Body Butter collection is capable of nourishing even the driest of skin. A base of water-rich aloe vera and soothing rose hydrosol replenishes lost hydration. Ultra rich cocoa butter, avocado butter, and blackcurrant oil coat skin with essential moisture to fortify skin's delicate lipid barrier, effectively relieving dry, itchy skin. This thick and creamy body butter is infused with the scent of sweet, decadent vanilla. Product Statement: If you've received a fresh batch of our body butter recently, you'll notice the rich cocoa aroma as you open the jar. That's because we've introduced a higher cocoa butter content of 30% in our latest formulation. We made this improvement to eliminate wax, as cocoa butter offers a host of superior skin benefits compared to wax which has none. Cocoa butter is fatty acids that's been cold pressed from cocoa beans which is why our most recent body butter smells like chocolate. It's so nourishing and full of skin beneficial nutrients. It's packed with phytosterols for anti-inflammatory effects, Vitamin E for restorative properties, polyphenols as potent antioxidants, squalene to moisturize and soften, and caffeine which is firming. While the current high cocoa butter content in our formula is superior, we'll be returning to our original formula in the subsequent batches due to your response. This change will ensure that you'll experience more of the essential oils and extracts, rather than predominantly cocoa butter, once this current batch is depleted.

This new formula was NOT an improvement at all! There is NO vanilla scent, just cocoa butter. This is now just over priced cocoa butter. Also, if you apply a good amount, it just curdles on your hands. I’ve used this for years, so sad but the memories of a great product is all that remains.

I LOVED this body butter for years, it was literally my body moisturizer AND my perfume all in one. It was my signature scent everyone knew. They were like, “here she comes smelling like baked goods, haha!” Now the formula has changed and it basically smells like… expired chocolate. I can no longer rub it in very well. It’s lumpy and not at all whipped so the name is very misleading. Please go back to the other formula. Your costumers will thank you. As of now will not be purchasing again.

Great texture, terrible scent

I live most everything I get from 100% pure, especially the vanilla lotion. But they are always out of stock. So I bought the butter and not even close to the same scent. It’s so “off” I can’t even use it. Will have to keep waiting for lotion!

Really like the smell and consistency, but boy howdy was I surprised to see how small the container is for $30. Even on sale for 1/2 off, it’s extremely expensive. Probably won’t buy again.
