I used to love this balm, but in my most recent order it was completely liquid, like an oil. It spilled everywhere when I tried to open it. It used to have a normal balm-like consistency before. If the formula has changed so drastically, they should not call it a balm, and it should be in a dropper bottle. Disappointing.

This is a balm. It is thick and a bit greasy. It's consistency is kind of like petroleum jelly but there is not petroleum jelly in this balm. This is to be used overnight. I warm it between my hands and fingers and press it gently over my face. In the morning my skin is very moisturized, plump, and has a glow. So the consistency is worth it because the results are positive and noticeable. I have been using this balm for more than 5 years and I recommend it.
This feels so dreamy on! My skin is so soft and the retinol is also doing it’s job!
My skin is smoother and moisturized upon waking up after using this.
