WHAT IT IS:Softening
Fermented rice water (Sake) is rich in enzymes, amino acids, malic acid, minerals, and vitamins to deeply soften, nourish, and give your skin a healthier glow. A concentration of white mulberry, shiitake mushroom, licorice and citrus balances skin tone, lessens the appearance of dark spots, and brightens. Our Fermented Rice Toner also includes hyaluronic acid, sodium PCA, and vegetable glycerin to promote skin hydration and plumping.

HOW TO USE: After cleansing, pump half dollar sized amount into clean hands and pat onto face (including eyelids / around eyes) and neck. Or, pump onto cotton pad and gently sweep onto skin and neck.

Another Product I love, Another Product that NEVER comes back in stock
I love 100% Pure Products, I hate that once you start using (and LOVING) a product, that it is.never.ever.ever.ever.ever.ever.ever.ever. in stock. NEVER.
This product was incredible. I had a brown/sunspot on my nose and it almost completely erased it. I was running low and knowing 100% Pure's track record, I went to order before completely running out. Even then was too late. It was already out of stock and continues to be so...
I am a HUGE animal lover, so I appreciate they are trying new products such as the dog shampoo, but how about just focusing on the good products you ALREADY have and ensuring they are in stock????
I apply it to my face as soon as I get out of the shower, followed by one of the 100% Pure serums. What a great way to start the morning with soft, supple skin before the moisturizer goes on (also from 100% Pure).
I had great expectations for this product; sadly, it was not suitable for sensitive skin prone to rosacea :(
I had a burning sensation after each use, also got rosacea pustules afterwards.
I love this product. It has depth and soaks right up into the skin to tone after cleansing with the flower water cleanser. It doesn’t just sit on top, its nourishment gets enveloped in my skin quickly.
