It is smooth going on and doesn’t make my eyes feel uncomfortable which are really nice things, but it is the smudgiest and runniest liner I have ever used and also the most expensive. Maybe I am somehow applying it wrong but eyeliner isn’t that hard to put on so I’m not sure that is it. I get raccoon eyes super fast from this stuff. Not something I would ever buy again but I’ll keep trying to do better with it and just check myself in the mirror often.
