CanadaMy hair wasn't in the best condition, but I've been using 100% Pure shampoos for a while now and my hair is much more healthy and happy now. I feel like I don't need the repair shampoo anymore - which is impressive to say the least! If you have very oily hair, it may not clean your hair properly - or you might have a bit of a transition phase and your hair will get used to it. For me, it also depends on how healthy I eat and such on whether this shampoo will cleanse properly or I may need something stronger. It has also worked well for me to alternate this one with another one that was a little stronger in cleansing (like the Yuzu and Pomelo Glossing Shampoo from 100% Pure). That way my hair stayed clean enough but also got all the repairing nourishment! Leaving it in longer also enhanced the cleansing effect for me. I often let it sit in my hair for quite a few minutes for a better effect - it also makes my hair feel more nourished and soft that way! I don't wash my hair very often (1-2x/week, to preserve my hair health), but if you're a daily washer than this shampoo would be perfect I think. I wouldn't mind washing my hair with this shampoo daily, without getting worried about damaging it. The scent is also very nice!
