United StatesI've been using this product for about a year now and loved it! It went on nice and smooth, didn't feel heavy, and made my skin feel soft, as well as helped lighten my dark spots. And then they completely changed the formula....ugh. Not sure why, or what exactly changed, but the color, texture, and product look and "feel" like I'm using a completely different product! I posted a pic so you can see the change in how it looks. Old one resembled a white lotion and new one looks like a brown gel. New one goes on tacky and doesn't feel nice, and applying primer and makeup after it is horrible. So stopped using during the day, which was main reason I got it and liked it so much. I tried it again at night, but really cannot stand how tacky it is even after putting moisturizer over it. So I'm done unfortunately with this one, unless they go back to what worked. Customer service is helpful in trying to help me find a comparable product, but I looked at the reviews for the one that was recommended (Fermented Rice Water Serum) and read a review of a user who said that product too had changed and felt tacky, etc. Not sure what is going on, but change isn't always a good thing!
United StatesI have a couple of dark spots on my face and used this 2x a day for about 2 months but did not see any results. I called and asked for advice how to use this Spot remover and was advised it would take 3 months to see results.
United StatesIt doesn't seem to work. I have used it for a while and see nothing has changed. I will continue to use it. Hopefully it will work eventually.
