Lovely smell! Love this smell the best out of all of their shampoos/conditioners. Why? Because it is not overpowering!! Just a delicate scent. Unfortunately, the shampoo is not as moisturizing as the neem, kelp, or drench. Great for thin hair. I have thick long hair

This shampoo is amazing! It makes my coarse wavy hair soft and smooth. And it's smells so good!
This made handfuls of hair fall out. At first, I didn't associate it with the shampoo. The second time I lost so much hair I still have a pit in my stomach every time I think about it. My mother, who also started using the product also started complaining that her hair was coming out in handfuls. We threw all products from this brand away. I have never had such a bad experience with any product before, ever.
