WHAT IT IS: Supremely decadent and deeply moisturizing, our Whipped French Lavender Body Butter is capable of nourishing even the driest of skin. A base of water-rich aloe vera and soothing rose hydrosol replenishes lost hydration. Ultra rich cocoa butter, avocado butter, and blackcurrant oil coat skin with essential moisture to fortify skin's delicate lipid barrier, effectively relieving dry, itchy skin. This thick and creamy cruelty-free body butter is infused with the scent of clean, calming lavender. Product Statement: If you've received a fresh batch of our body butter recently, you'll notice the rich cocoa aroma as you open the jar. That's because we've introduced a higher cocoa butter content of 30% in our latest formulation. We made this improvement to eliminate wax, as cocoa butter offers a host of superior skin benefits compared to wax which has none. Cocoa butter is fatty acids that's been cold pressed from cocoa beans which is why our most recent body butter smells like chocolate. It's so nourishing and full of skin beneficial nutrients. It's packed with phytosterols for anti-inflammatory effects, Vitamin E for restorative properties, polyphenols as potent antioxidants, squalene to moisturize and soften, and caffeine which is firming. While the current high cocoa butter content in our formula is superior, we'll be returning to our original formula in the subsequent batches due to your response. This change will ensure that you'll experience more of the essential oils and extracts, rather than predominantly cocoa butter, once this current batch is depleted.

Smells awful, felt heavy on my skin

When opened it, immediately the smell was stale and it was closer to the smell of a bathroom than lavender. When I tried to apply it (maybe it needed to breathe) it started to crumble like feta cheese and then felt heavy not only on my legs but my hands. I immediately washed it off. Would not buy

The whipped body butter was my absolute favorite of all time! After it came back in stock, I ordered it right away, but it's different. Color and consistency are not the same and it's not as thick. Did the ingredients change? Thank you, Erica

Hello Erica, So sorry for any alarm! We have not changed the ingredients for the Whipped Body Butter, however, we have changed manufacturers. We now make the product in-house at our Beauty Bakery at headquarters. You may notice that the consistency is thicker and it has more of a cocoa scent to it which does not affect the efficacy of the product. I will make sure to forward your feedback about the product to my Product Development team which is greatly appreciated!

Hello, 3.4 Oz of body butter doesn't make sense to me. How do you cover an entire body with a quarter size portion. My question is will you be making a larger size body butter? 16oz?! Thank you!

I’ve been in a list for notification for Lavendar body butter as well as for coconut body butter for quite a while. How much longer do you imagine it might be before we are able to purchase them again? Also we sure do miss the ginger body butter. Any chance it might return? Kind regards, Cheri
