Expired Product, VERY hard to get refund. Buyer beware.
Buyer beware. If you receive a good, unexpired product, lucky you! However, if anything is wrong with your order or product, good luck getting in touch with anyone to rectify. Was very excited to find this brand & had planned to explore all product categories. Really wanted this to be my new go-to make up brand…until I received my first order, which contained large qty of sanitizer gels. Every single bottle expired over 4 months prior to receiving the order. I called MANY times…No one answers the phone…Online messaged, requested a refund for expired product MANY times… it took about a month and LOTS of messages for someone to FINALLY get back to me to initiate a refund. Not a good way to do business. Sadly I just can’t trust ordering anything again. Bummer.
I bought these sanitizers for the car and they were much bigger than I anticipated(which is a good thing). It doesn’t leave your hands feeling grimey at all and they’re actually very soft after application. I’m happy to have found a clean sanitizer for me and my family.
