    WHAT IT IS: Softening Fermented rice water (Sake) is rich in enzymes, amino acids, malic acid, minerals and vitamins to brighten, gently exfoliate, and deeply soften skin. White mulberry, mushroom, licorice, and citrus balance skin tone, lessen the appearance of dark spots, and brighten for glowing skin. Washes away makeup and other impurities without stripping or dehydrating.
    SIZE: 3.4 fl oz / 100 ml
    HOW TO USE: Shake bottle. Squeeze half dollar-sized amount of cleanser onto wet konjac sponge, wet facial cleansing brush, or directly onto wet skin. Gently and thoroughly massage in circular motions. Rinse with warm water.

Love all your products

Like all your products, this soap is amazing! I love how all the ingredients are pure and everything I've scanned from your store scores 100 on the Yuka app. Feedback to make things better: unlike usual, this time, every individual item in my order was wrapped in clear moving tape several times. It was very difficult to remove the tape even for me. I really hope this never happens again. I haven't used some of the products yet because the tape is so time consuming to try to remove. Your customer service is also top notch, which is another reason I keep ordering again and again. I know you care about customers so I thought you'd want to know.

Not what I expected

Poor. This item is a liquid. Since it was in a tube, I expected a more cream like texture. This was more like water. Not sure qhy they chose to package it this way and put it in a tube instead of a pump.
