United StatesI've had an on-off love/hate relationship with these lip caramels for 3 years now, and I think I finally understand it. It's described as a liquid lipstick, but it doesn't dry and certainly isn't transfer-proof! I read a review where someone calls it a lip gloss, but lip glosses usually aren't this slippery or opaque. Now that lip oils are having a moment in the beauty industry, typically known for their wet, but clear finishes, I think I know where these lip caramels fit in now. Do you like the feel and moisturization of lip oils but Wish they were more pigmented? That's where these lip caramels shine. They're the pigmented lip oils that we don't really see in the beauty industry. Really impressive, when I think about it, 100% Pure was really ahead of their time with this product. We as consumers just didn't know how it would fit into the industry yet.
