United StatesWore and LOVED 2nd skin concealer for years, but it was forever out of stock so I switched to the 2nd skin foundation, which was ok but not as good. Was finally notified it was back so I jumped on it… only to find all the ingredients have changed :(. The website still lists the original ingredients, I was lucky I double checked the actual box that came. If you have allergies/ sensitivities, be careful! (Wheat, barley, coconut, iron oxides, preservatives). 100% pure, please don’t change your wonderful formulas, it’s why we’re all here! This has been happening to so many of my favorite natural brands recently, it’s such a bummer. Late stage capitalism strikes again, I guess.
United StatesI'm a long time customer and I was really excited to see the concealer back in stock. It's been over a year since I've been able to purchase. Well the concealer that arrived had a different ingredient list that what's currently on the site. I emailed and they told me they were just using old packaging so as not to waste it, but the ingredients online were correct, which was a lie. I had the old packaging and this packaging was new. I called and finally the customer service agent admitted it was a new formulation. Why lie? Why not update your ingredient list online? Why suppress reviews?
