No — anyone can join. You don't need to be a current 100% PURE customer to become an Advocate.
Impact is the platform we use to manage our Advocate program. When you join you'll be given access to a personal Impact dashboard where you can:
- Track your referrals and earnings
- Access your unique referral link
- View payment history and program updates
It helps keep everything organized and transparent - so you always know where you stand.
All payments are managed through the Impact platform. Once your referral completes a qualifying purchase, your reward will be tracked in your Impact account. Rewards are paid 60 days after the purchase is made. This waiting period allows time for any cancellations or returns to be processed, since only completed orders qualify for rewards. Our current return period is 60 days.
