United StatesI am a big fan of many of the 100 Percent Pure products, including their shampoo. However, I’ve encountered an issue with the packaging recently. My last bottle had a defective cap, causing the opening to be double the size it should have been. As a result, I lost most of the shampoo, which was disappointing and felt like a waste of money. Despite reaching out through both phone and email, I received no response, which was quite frustrating. It’s unfortunate to see the decline in customer service, as they used to be excellent. Just a heads up to anyone considering this product to be mindful of the cap issue.
United StatesThis is by far my favorite shampoo from Pure! I usually have to wash 3 times because I only wash every 5-7 days and it’s works great! Can I also throw in here that I wish Pure would bring back their dry shampoo!
